All Ember & Earth pieces are handcrafted, meaning small air bubbles, slight colour variations, and individual characteristics are normal and expected.

These natural features are not considered faults, they are part of what makes each item beautifully unique.

Change of Mind

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about a product.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or fault
- We will assess the item and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return
(in cases of fault or damage):

- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original or secure packaging
- Return must be approved by Ember & Earth before sending anything back
- Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom pieces, personalised items, and made-to-order colours/finishes cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or fault.

Shipping Costs

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, Ember & Earth will cover the return shipping (if required). For all other circumstances, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
